The small hilltown of Groznjan, about an hour inland from the port of Rovinj. This is where we began our 15 mile bike ride along the Parenzana Bike Trail, an old railroad path that makes its way through the mountains.

Stopping halfway on our 15 miles bike ride on the Parenzana Bike Trail. The path takes you along the mountains, across several old train tressles and even through a number of tunnels, one of which was so long we had to get off our bikes and walk in complete darkness !
